If you've been keeping up with the Kardashians, you may know that Kendall Jenner is reportedly not walking in the 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
Kardashian sources revealed to TMZ that the 22-year-old model had to skip auditions for what could have potentially been her third year walking with Victoria's Secret due to a multi-million dollar contract with La Perla.
La Perla is an Italian luxury brand that also specializes in lingerie, and has reportedly included a non-compete clause that Jenner has signed. That would make Victoria's Secret wings off limits for Jenner this year, if true.
As the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show quickly approaches, the 22-year-old model has yet to make an official statement regarding Victoria's Secret and her contract with La Perla. However, when her model friends started sharing their Victoria's Secret news on social media, Jenner posted an Instagram photo wearing La Perla lingerie. "Write to me @laperlalingerie #LaPerla_Ambassador," she captioned her photo on August 29.
While we can't be certain, both the timing and content of her post — along with reports about a non-complete contract between La Perla and Jenner — leads us to speculate that she won't be participating in the November 20 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai, China.
